Lori Gilmore is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in children, teen, and family mental health issues. She is a graduate of Antioch University where she received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling and Chemical Dependency Issues. She has experience treating individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. In addition, she helps those who are from alcoholic or dysfunctional family systems who are experiencing issues around codependency and relationship issues.

Ms. Gilmore helps children, teens, and adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Depending upon the individual need of the client, her approach is a combination of evidence based, problem solving techniques, such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), stress management, desensitization treatment, emotive and creative arts therapy.
