The future is completely open and we are writing it moment by moment – Pema Chodron
Life often seems to be unbearable while attempting to manage everything you must do. You are not alone. Having someone who will listen to you without judgment and in a safe environment will make a difference in how you view your situation. I am passionate about helping others improve their quality of life by being supportive and offering encouragement, and by using a person-centered approach to counseling. I feel it is so important to have someone who can not only listen but have compassion, empathy and understanding.
