You are never too old to set a new goal or to dream a new dream

Life can be complicated, but together we can find ways to navigate it. Every client is unique, and I support clients through unconditional positive regard. I have a passion for analyzing concerns and creating ways to help clients combat their concerns and live healthier lives.

As a post-graduate counselor, my approach is centered in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I incorporate other modalities/interventions tailored to each client’s needs. I have worked with a variety of populations, such as children, adolescents, and adults. My goal as a therapist is to support individuals throughout therapy by building a therapeutic relationship that provides an opportunity for individuals to process concerns, learn coping strategies, gain insight, and create healthier lives for themselves.

On a personal note:

I am from Kentucky, but I spent the majority of my life in Clarksville, Tennessee. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing video games, watching the latest binge-worthy shows, and spending time with my family and friends.
