Working for Sunrise Counseling has been a blessing from God. The atmosphere here surely exudes excellence daily. As a veteran, and a military spouse, it’s important my workplace contributes to my health. This counseling agency saved my life and desire to assist those that are in need. From the support of the management team, the consistent communication, to the weekly collaboration with some of the greatest therapists, and our amazing administration team. Sunrise Counseling is by far the BEST place of employment I’ve ever experienced.
— Rickey Jones, Jr, Marriage & Family Therapist
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is witnessing the positive impact our services have on clients’ lives. Being part of a team dedicated to mental health and well-being is inspiring. I see firsthand how our counselors help individuals navigate difficult times, and it feels great to contribute to this important work by providing essential administrative support. Our team is dedicated and passionate, always ready to lend a hand or share insights. This sense of community fosters a positive work environment, where each team member feels valued and motivated to contribute their best. In conclusion, working in administration at a counseling service has been a profoundly enriching experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to support our mission and make a difference in the lives of those seeking help.

I enjoy coming to work and I feel like that says a lot about the wonderful work environment we have here. There’s always been an emphasis not only on providing quality care and commitment to our clients, and also providing that same quality care and support to the staff as a whole. I would highly recommend this energetic, collaborative team environment as a healthy safe space to work!
— Valerie Brooks, LPC
I have been blessed to work at Sunrise Counseling Services. I’ve never worked somewhere that valued their staff’s needs, wants, goals, and aspirations as they do here. They’ve supported me through obtaining my licensure, in exploring certifications, and more. Ms. Jackie and Ms. Valerie work diligently to provide a professional, compassionate, competent, and outreaching workspace. I consider this place my home and believe it to be a healing place, not just for clients but for the staff as well.
