Never underestimate the power you have to take your life in a new direction.

Master’s Level Therapist:

There are factors in life that significantly impact and potentially shape a person. Those impacts can range from positive, negative, neutral, and/or a combination of all that. However, the battle(s) you are facing in your memories, thoughts, or overall life just know you don't have to do it on your own.

My work with clients varies from client to client and is client centered. A good starting point that will guide treatment is discussing, establishing, and reviewing the client's treatment goals and continuously working towards those goals. Throughout our work together, I hope you build additional skills and tools you can independently use to helps you prepare for those battles and overall help you manage times of distress.

On a personal note:

On a personal note, I am an outdoor and nature enthusiast. Besides outdoor activities I love to spend time with my family, dogs, and chickens. My home state was Texas where I met my husband while he was stationed there. Since then, we have had the opportunity to make a home in Tennessee, Colorado, South Dakota, and Washington.
