In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.

Are you feeling stuck? Are you struggling with feeling anxious, alone, or finding it hard to feel joy? Do you and your partner struggle with positive communication and solving issues effectively? You’re not alone, and it can feel difficult to see a different life than where you are at right now. Therapy can help. In sessions, I work with you to learn new coping skills and help you to find the tools that you need to improve daily life. Together, we can take a journey to the life that you want to see.

I am a Master’s level Marriage and Family therapist who has a passion for helping others utilize their strengths. I am a systemic strength-based therapist, tailor therapy for everyone based on their unique needs, and work together with people with the hopes of getting a full picture of their lives. I work with a range of issues from confidence and anxiety to communication and relational issues. In sessions, I strive to help people gain insight into understanding and learn how to work through issues while being supportive and respectful toward each other. Therapy with me offers a non-judgmental space that focuses on creating solutions and helping you find confidence in creating positive change.

On a personal note:

I’m a person that actively tries to see where the blessings and lessons are, especially in the hard times. Throughout life, there will be struggles, but how we push through and grow adds pieces to the beauty of individuality that is who we are. Outside of the office, my husband and I love the adventures of raising three teenagers and sharing this life together. I enjoy reading, rugby, canoeing, and cooking with family and friends.
