Our approach to family therapy brings the entire family together to identify each individuals’ unique strengths and how they can all work together within the family unit. We develop a custom therapy program for your family, one that uses warmth, humor, recognition, and appreciation to mend family bonds or even create new ones.
Every family is so unique! During the initial intake session, you and the clinician will determine the appropriate plan moving forward. This may entail alternating individual sessions with family sessions or adding couple’s therapy. We tailor our counseling model to ensure that we are supporting you and your family’s needs.
