Change your thoughts and your change your mind

Master’s Level Intern:

How we view ourselves and what we tell ourselves every day really matters. Life can get tough, and things can happen that make us feel strong emotions like anxiety, sadness, feeling unimportant, anger, shame, and fear. It's hard to fight these feelings and the thoughts that come with them. If you're finding it tough to handle and feel stuck with your feelings, talking to a therapist can really help you during these times and help you create the life you want.

I chose this field because I believe having support can truly make a difference and change your life. Therapy means working together in a safe place without judgment to figure out who you want to be. I want to be real with you and make a space where you feel accepted, no matter what. We'll work together to reach your goals and face the challenges you've been through.

Right now, I'm studying to become a therapist. I've already worked with people and helped them reach their goals and work through tough times. If you decide to work with me, I'll be a safe and accepting person you can talk to without worrying about being judged, and I'll listen and support you every step of the way.

On a Personal Note:

Originally, I'm from Clarksville, TN, and I've also lived in Bowling Green, KY, but that's the only other place I've called home. I find joy in the company of my boyfriend, family, and friends. Game nights are a treasured activity for me, where I happily dive into board games—I probably own more than I should! I have a soft spot for card games, they're my absolute favorite.

Traveling and discovering new places and experiences truly light up my life. Among all the places I've been, my heart finds its home near the ocean. It's where I feel the most at ease and inspired.
