Lana Mendiola-Stanley

My passion is providing counseling that nourishes, feeds, and sustains the souls and minds of those who sit with me. In sessions with me, you'll find not just a counselor but a warm and loving filter through which we navigate life's challenges together.

With my primary focus being to support and assist you on your journey, it does not matter if you're an individual seeking self-discovery, a couple working through relationship dynamics, or a married couple facing hurdles, I'm here to help. My goal is to empower you with hope and awareness, shedding light on the patterns and dynamics that might be causing imbalances in your life.

I believe in harnessing your internal strengths and working alongside you to guide you through every step of the process towards wholeness. My therapeutic style is integrative and eccentric, creating a nonjudgmental and honest space where you can feel comfortable and understood. I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, ensuring that our sessions are uniquely designed for you.

In our sessions, I aim to create a nurturing atmosphere that enriches your mind and soul, leading you back to a healthier state of being. Together, we'll identify the obstacles that may be blocking your path to peace, growth, and spiritual wholeness. My ultimate hope is that I can empower you to harness your strengths and equip you with techniques and coping skills to restructure your life in a way that brings you the peace and fulfillment you seek.

Let's embark on this journey towards personal growth and transformation together. I'm here to support you every step of the way. Your well-being is my top priority, and together, we can work towards a brighter, more balanced future

On a personal note

During my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my children, dogs, and our family horse. We are a close knit family, so we spend more time together than we spend apart. Some of the things we love doing as a family would be: traveling, day trips, going to the beach, hiking, exploring a museum, picnics, walking in the park, swimming at the lake, riding our horse, movie night at the house with our favorite snacks, watching sports like Formula1 or football over a nice pie, taking a drive after grabbing Sonic, tossing the football, or playing a good game of cornhole.
