If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.

Intern

As a developing therapist, I am committed to walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I believe that everyone has an innate capacity for resilience and growth, and my goal is to help clients recognize and tap into those strengths. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes.

I am drawn toward using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach, but I am continuously discovering new modalities that interest me. I find fulfillment in working with individuals that are experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, trauma, sexual assault, and other challenges. I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs, and help you create goals that are meaningful, achievable, and aligned with your personal growth and well-being.

About Me

I recently moved from Utah to Tennessee to attend graduate school at Austin Peay. I grew up in a small town in Colorado and have spent most of my life in the West. While I miss the mountains, I am amazed by the vibrant greenery and wildlife here in Tennessee. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing the piano and organ, watching movie marathons, playing board games, and spending quality time with family and friends. I look forward to working with you and I am eager to support you on your journey toward healing and personal growth!
