I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free, safe space where clients feel truly heard and supported. My passion lies in guiding individuals through life’s challenges, helping them build resilience, and fostering the hope that positive change is always possible.

I welcome clients from all walks of life and am honored to support anyone on their mental health journey. Some of the areas I specialize in include: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, behavior concerns, life transitions, and stress management.

My goal as a therapist is to build a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients that is grounded in respect, understanding, and genuine care. Together, we’ll work to explore your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create the path toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

On a personal note:

I was raised as an army brat and moved all over the world growing up. Once my father retired, I ended up settling in Clarksville, TN. In my free time, I enjoy all things outdoors; camping, kayaking, off-roading, you name it! I also enjoy reading so if you have any thriller recommendations, please send them my way.
