Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love.
— Brene Brown

While the journey of life can be rewarding, there are certain life events that can be distressing, challenging, and demanding. These events can cause one to feel depressed, anxious, hopeless, disconnected, anger, shame, fear, and more. If you’re finding it difficult to manage, or are emotionally stuck, therapy can help cultivate lasting change.

Every client’s journey is unique and there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Importance is placed on WHO you are, and what YOU want to achieve. My goal as your therapist is to develop a trusting relationship, offer a safe space where you feel seen and heard, and walk alongside you to identify the root cause of your current struggles and to facilitate growth and healing.

On a Personal Note:

I’m from California, and lived in Oklahoma, and South Korea as a military spouse before settling in Tennessee. Outside of the office, I spend time with my husband and two children, with fierce game nights throughout the week! I also enjoy reading, watching reality tv, and exploring new restaurants with friends.
