Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.

Master’s Level Therapist:

Dealing with mental health concerns can be a struggle - you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re responding to grief, depression, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, or heartbreak, therapy can be a great place to walk alongside a trained clincian who can help you process and work with you to break barriers and rediscover purpose.

I like to look at therapy as a journey to self-discovery that requires a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist. I strive to meet clients where they are and help them move past their barriers to rediscover their purpose. In sessions, I curate a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to process and communicate their most vulnerable experiences and their life journey. I’m an ambitious, genuine, and compassionate mental health clinician who’s goal is to provide exceptional mental health care to the community.
