This is a wonderful day. I have never seen this one before

While reaching out for guidance and support can be difficult, it can also be the most rewarding and life changing decision a person can make. Life can be challenging at times and asking for help can be even more so. I keep this in mind when working with my clients. I recognize the strengths in each of my clients, and work with them to discover the skills and resources they already have. Together, we will build those skills to help you better navigate those moments that are causing stress, worry, or fear. Whether you are struggling with grief, relational issues, trauma, mental health and well-being, or even just a transitional phase in your life, I work collaboratively with you to support you along your journey. This next step is brave, and I honor your courage. I am passionate in my belief that we can love our lives even through the most challenging times. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you through your path of growth and healing.

On a Personal Note:

When I’m not in the office or spending time with clients, I am curled up on the couch, cuddling with my dog, reading a good book, or watching an old movie. We moved to Tennessee about 5 years ago to be closer to family and have loved exploring the outdoors, enjoying all the music and food, and hanging out with the people I love.
