Master’s Level Therapist
What if learning a little bit about yourself meant that you can also learn a little more about your partner? What if fighting no longer had to feel like a fight? As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I really have a passion for helping people understand each other and being a supportive resource to help people work through their presenting issues. In sessions, we will work together on feeling more equipped with tools that you as a couple can use in everyday life so that when other issues present themselves, you are better prepared to walk through them together. When working with me, clients can expect a good listening ear, a calm and supportive environment, and a place to learn and practice new skills that can be applied to everyday life situations.
On a personal note:
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband playing board games, traveling, and enjoying exploring the outdoors. We have two fluffy dogs that enjoy playing fetch and going for walks as a family. I also enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends.
